Practice cycle, started exercise and delayed O???
Hi all, the final countdown is on, and I've really tried to crack down on my sway tactics before our attempt (supposed to be around Jan 31). OK last AF was Dec 17, I started OPKs on Thursday (cd13) as I usually O on cd 15 and wanted to catch the surge. On Saturday I started the 60 minutes of cardio per day, I've been running 60 minutes daily so Sat, Sun, Mon, and today Tues, running between 4-4.5miles each time. I *should* have Od on/around Saturday and I haven't gotten a positive OPK yet... testing once a day. I know it's possible I missed the surge between tests, but I never had ewcm either which I usually get buckets of, I only had about half a day of watery cm which went away quickly. Today cm is back to creamy. Hmmm... does the sudden intense exercise every day screw up O? Would it have made a difference that early into it? I hate not knowing for sure, feels like a 2ww already now. We weren't doing our attempt til next cycle but I am a planner and just want to know when to expect AF and all that... I'm trying to stick to the LE diet while nursing my youngest guy (he's almost 20 months old), drinking 2-3 liters of water a day, craving protein like crazy but trying to stick to a lower amount (I know this is partly because of the running and sore muscles!) Any insight? I just hope I haven't screwed up my cycle as I'm all pumped up for our attempt later this month...
