TTC#1 and sway blue

Hello Ladies

I am new to this site and just wanted to say hello x

We are hoping to start ttc #1 and hopefully sway blue. A little about me: I'm 30 DH is 33. I'm currently on the mini pill; cerellle. And as advised by atomic I need to come off the pill and let my cycle return to some normalitly before we ttc a boy. We are both very active, both on the slim side but DH is rippped lol. No previous children for either of us but this would be our first. Just wanted to know if anyone had any tips for me.., please. As I said we are trying to sway blue. Atomic has already PMd me, but if anyone else wants to help with diet, ph etc - then please do. There's so much info on this site but not much for TTC #1 that is a boy.. help? Xxx

Always nice to see new blue swayers, we are definately outnumbered but passionate none the less. Check in on the ttc boy forums to meet a few more. There's lots of info on the HE (High everything) diet used by blue swayers plus the exercise, suppliments and attempts suggestions to read through there. When will you be ttc?

My first son was actually a successful blue sway! I would definitely read through the TTC a Boy sections and then ask specific questions when they occur to you. :)

I would do HE Diet and supps and then have sex unprotected every 2-4 days plus 3 more attempts around ovulation or at positive OPK if you don't have regular cycles!! If you want timing, then just have hubby release every 2-4 days.

How heavy is heavy?? Is this a normal thing for you?

Hi atomic, yes heavy is normal for me. Would this impact my sway xx

You may want to visit a doctor and see how your iron stores are.

I would NOT have you take any fish oil or EPO for your sway.

^^also no Coq10 or any of the "weird" supps. Please ask before taking anythign you read about on another site.

you can give it to your husband. Just be sure you're getting a lot of good animal fats from other foods. Fish oil will make your period even heavier and this will deplete you far more than any benefits of the fish oil.
