Comments regarding DW's diet changes- -
If diet was used, length of time before attempt? 12 weeks.
But was on LE diet for 24 weeks prior to MC in August.
Did you skip breakfast regularly? Yes
Did DH change his diet with you? No
Comments regarding DH's diet- He didnt really change anything , but doesn't eat much through the day always too busy at work .
DId you consume alcohol?
DId you try to limit caffeine? No, I drink caffeine regularly
Any Diet Details? My diet was very easy going due to the MC , but i didnt eat meat , delayed breakfast til 10.30am everyday . 3 meals a day didnt track towards the end .
I also drank alot of coffee with skim milk about 4 a day
Any Diet Comments/Additional Info? No meat , tried my hardest not too snack but was abit hard bcos of Christmas. Through xmas i ate whatever just no meat ...
I really didnt eat until i felt hungry.
WEIGHT AND EXERCISE
What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O? 76kilos
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments? I was doing 5-6days 60mins+ a week cardio in the beginning of the year for 8 weeks but had to stop due to getting sick and too much going on i just couldnt fit it in . I lost 8 kilos when i was exercising last year

Any relevant attempt details? I J & D for both attempts . The first i waited 5 mins and second attempt 4 days later straight away because i had the big O and was freaking out lol..

Things that make me feel great about my sway: Not much really only that i did lose alot of weight in the last year & half approx 28 kilos all up .
I also didnt take prenatal before my bfp for 3 months prior like i did with my last 2 boys
Things that make me nervous about my sway: I have 4 boys .... enough said lol . That being said iam ready to except what im having boy or girl as its a blessing either way .
Things worth mentioning: I had blood test done apparently my Vit D levels were quite low as were my iron
