Just a flying visit :-)

Hello ladies. Some of you may remember me, I haven't been around for a while, was trying to focus on my sway while at the same time not obsessing about it so I took some time off from being online. Unfortunately after 7 months of diet and exercise I took the decision to take a break from swaying as I was finding it difficult to stick to the limits and thought it best to take a break and regroup. Well I'm now ready to get back to ttc a girl and I just wanted to run my sway past you all. I'm just going to stick to a basic sway so exercise, will start off at 4 days of 1hr15 mins each then go to 5 days of 1hr (I work nights so cant commit to 7 days a week), le diet for at least 12 weeks, one attempt, fiber and will come off birth control the first attempt month. Is there any advice for girl sways which have changed in the last year? Thank you all in advance.

I think your sway sounds great! You may want to add in coffee or alcohol. These aren't deal breakers by any means, but they have been getting good results especially with a sound sway like you have going.

Congratulations to you on your baby girl hun, I am so so pleased for you, you deserve it so much. Will you still be sticking around on the forums? I will be back once I have been lucky enough to conceive again :-) Oh yes I forgot to say about coffee, I drink it in bucket loads lol always black and with sugar, tried sweeteners in it but I just cant drink it like that :-) Thanks for taking the time to leave a comment :-)

Hi atomic. Thanks for taking the time to comment :-) I think I will stick to the regular diet, I'm not going to worry too much about the foods I eat but more just that I'm eating sensibly and sticking to the limits, my main foods will probably be vegetable soups with 2 slices of bread, jacket potatoes with veggies and maybe a fish cake or crispy pancake, salad, popcorn, bananas and apples. Ill vary it up at times but thats probably going to be the norm for me whilst I'm on the diet, having said that it doesn't sound like a lot now I've written it out..

Keep a tally for a day or two and see how much cals, pro, fat it adds uup into.
