Ways to increase estrogen?

Hello ~

I am wondering what I can do to increase my estrogen please.

I am on clomid and looking for ways to better my uterine lining.

Thank you!!

ETA... I do not care if it sways boy at this point. :)

Oh... and will 2 weeks be enough time for it to work?? Thank you!!

You can always post in the Fertility Specialist Forum for members on here. I am sure Dr H. would try to help you out. I am sorry about your BFN. Are you trying to increase your progesterone or estrogen level? Progesterone is what you need to support implantation and sustain a pregnancy. Are they testing yours after ovulation to make sure your levels are okay?

Thank you so much!!! I really appreciate your help! I will check it out.

Yes, my progesterone at day 21 was 18.60 on 100 mg of clomid. I beleive that I have a low level of estrogen due to the LE diet and that my lining is too thin. Clomid thins out the lining as well...I am going to try an get into my doctors office asap to check it out too.

I'm sorry about the bfn Rachel:( Such a bummer.

Did you need clomid with all your others? I'm guessing coming off of it and trying vitex etc is out of the question? RRLT is a fabulous uterine tonic. May be something to start? xoxo

Are you being monitored with ultrasounds to check your lining? Do you know what it was?

HI DM!!! :) Thank you... I am bummed right now..

I did not need cloimd for the others and they all came within the first or second try. I just bought the raspberry tea. :) I have been thinking about stopping clomid. I am a little worried thought because I finally have a normal LP.

Hi bec :) I have not been monitored and it bothers me! I called earlier this week and the nurse dismissed my concerns. My husband is going to call tomorrow for me.

You're lining might actually be ok. Are you just wanting to increase estrogen as a precaution in case your lining is thin?

My lining was 8-9mm when I was just about to O. I was on 50mg Clomid.

I will hopefully get into my OB soon to have it checked out. I will find out soon and report back. :)

The Clomid is 1000 times worse for your uterine lining than the LE Diet.

Some docs are really free and easy with the Clomid.

I personally wouldn't panic just yet, because even if you stop the Clomid, your LP may stay fine. Some people find that a short run of Clomid will totally fix LP problems and they don't return.

One of the best ways to increase lining is by using Viagra believe it or not!!

I think the RRT is a great place to start. The prob is that a lot of things that improve the lining are not allowed with Clomid.

I have also heard that lady's mantle and baby aspirin can help with the lining, as can heating pads on your lower abdomen from AF-O. Some have had success with acupuncture and massage.
