Any Diet Details? 2-3 coffees a day, kept to 50-60g fat and protein and 1900ish calories a day (increased as I was losing weight and have no weight to lose)

Any relevant attempt details? We were trying to do abstain but DH had a night release on day 5, so then he released twice (outside of me) a day leading up to attempt day and on attempt day he released 3 hours before (outside of me) before attempt.
