I get up at 7am (that's when my son wakes) and don't eat until 11 or 12, (dinner night before about 6-7pm) but I do have a coffee in the morning about 9 or 10am. Tiny bit of milk (if any) no sugar.
Is this counted as having a breakfast??? If it is ill cull it. If it's not I'll be happy [emoji2][emoji2]
If it's only a few added cals to your coffee, it's fine. I always had black coffee but that's just what I prefer. I know many pink swayers here added a splash of creamer to theirs.
No. Intermittent Fasting is a diet that has a lot of science behind it, and it posits that anything <50kcal doesn't count as breaking the fast. So coffee only on LE is fine.

Coffee or in fact anything artificially sweetened, unsweetened/zero cal, or with very few cals in it is fine in the morning or between meals. If it has calories (more than a few) put it with a meal.
Virtually ALL of us are having coffee with some sort of whitener in it in lieu of breakfast. :)
How important is it for a girl sway to skip breakfast? This seems key from what I've read but I just don't think I can do it. Not least because we have quite a family breakfast together every morning and it would like odd if I didn't have anything. Is it about reducing calories? What is the 'intermittent fasting' that throwaway panther mentioned?

Ok so what I have gathered from reading on here, is that you don't have to skip breakfast if you have an early dinner and fast overnight. It wouldn't work if you ate dinner at like 9-10pm then had breakfast at like 6-7am, but if you had an early dinner like 5-6pm then fasting all night is counted. So if you have dinner at 5pm then don't eat breakfast until 7am that counts as fasting and counts as not having breakfast. Because your body has fasted for long enough. Then just don't snack throughout the day and have a later lunch etc. hope that makes senseQuote:

Nah. The amount of calories would only by 15-20. I would definitely not count this as a meal. Now if you're having a Starbucks coffee with milk, sweetener, whip cream, and sprinkles, then that's a meal [emoji6]!

Personally, I had actual, real live sugar in my coffee every morning. I had already had 2 failed sways in the past and knew only too well I could be miserable for months and end up with a boy anyway and I just wasn't willing to give it up. So I can attest, that while I don't recommend it as giving best results, that you can get a girl that way.Quote:

Yes I do, I just really hate coffee with sweetener :p but since losing a good amount of weight on the diet was tempted to treat myself to that spoonful of sugar but I can deffo live with the sweetener a bit longer if it's best :)
Ah yes in that case, ~personally~ I'd probably choose to continue with it but totally your call to make.
