With e4d, you will always end up having 2 attempts in the fertile window no matter what. I just really prefer the e4d plus one.
Our present stats are not that illuminating on the difference between 1 and two attempts (this is because as "one attempt" became a thing, more and more people started doing it, and some of them didn't do diet and exercise, only did one attempt, and the success rate fell). But historically, there was a very clear cut difference between one attempt at 70% or better, two, which was about 60-65%, and then three attempts which fell all the way down to low 40's%. It was like this before we even knew one attempt did anything (so it couldn't have been people reporting it that way to make the stats "right", the results showed us one attempt was swaying, not the other way around) and stayed like that for years with hundreds of sways added. The gap between the two has closed recently but I think that's because people are doing one attempt and nothing else. So if you can stick with 1-2 attempts, it is WAY better than 3!
