I think it's time to add in another attempt. Yes, the Zoloft can be hard on the sperm but we've been at this long enough, let's go ahead and try to boost our chances a bit.

Yes add in another attempt even though it has been 24 hours since the last one.
I cannot tell you if it sways blue or not. That is beyond my ability to know. What I do know is that everything you have told me indicates to me that you very likely need another attempt and at this point it is absolutely time to start adding attempts.
I would prefer you do e4d plus one more attempt and then keep going with e4d afterwards. E3d can sometimes end up as less than ideal chance of conception, if you end up having O-2 and O Day attempts.
Go ahead and cut back on the exercise. Yes I can hear you're fed up with it and if it makes it easier to stick with the other stuff/diet then that' s exactly the right move!
Sunday would ahve been most likely, there could have possibly been something left from Friday but I'm really glad you had another attempt!! Friday would have been very long odds.

I understand you want to do everything perfect but if you can't get pregnant that way it's no good.
It's fine to keep exercising if you want to, I think it's equally fine to reduce at this point. At some point many have reduced exercise to almost like a "maintenance dose" and still gotten pink that way.
Yes you are not the only one, not at all, and we get good results with people who have gone a long time not getting pregnant even when they ahve had to relax their sway.

I am trying to say that whether you want to keep exercising or you don't, it is fine either way. I have no preference.
"Maintenance dose" means that we start off doing more at the start and then cut back over time, and even though you are doing less exercise, because you have been doing it for so long, it takes less to get the same results than it did at the beginning. It is like if you had a vitamin shortage, you might need a higher amount at the start but then later on you could take less, and it would keep you at the same amount. (hope that makes sense!!)
Yes exactly. At this point, if you have time, exercise, if you don't, that is fine.
I don't want you killing yourself to squeeze that in every day - especially since you've been so active anyway.
How sure are you about when you've ovulated??
Just keep doing the eggs, dairy, and salmon/red meat. It takes time, but it does work. Keep eating upper levels of protein, fat, and calories.
yes you're right, those months of exercise were not wasted, your body still "remembers". I think you are correct that given your short LP you probably need to reduce exercise at least somewhat.
We may want to add in some vitamins if you've been swaying via diet for 6 months - are you??
Why are you sure it was that day, though?? Because the CM dried up?? That's not super reliable. I had EWCM for 2 days after O in the month I conceived my daughter. The reason why it matters is that even a day or two (so like 10 days instead of 8) really does make a huge difference.
I really do think this is just a bump in the road that will fix itself over time. STress doesn't help, that's for sure.
Many of us notice ligher shorter periods while swaying. It seems to be part of the process. I got my daughter the month after a light and short period like you describe.
Exercising on an empty stomach may help your sway. I don't think anyone knows if it helps or hurts fertility, though. Ithink you need to reduce exercise not according to anything I have to say about it but by giving it a pass on the days that it is hard for you or you are very busy/stressed out.
1x a week on salmon. Don't count the fat or protein.
Add in iodine 150 IU daily (as long as you don't have thyroid issues), 8-15 mg zinc 3x a week, plus iron 18-30 mg 3x a week. Optional additions: Vit. D lowest dose you can find and Vit. B12 lowest dose you can find 2x a week.
Yes just let it go now. 2x a week for a nice brisk walk sounds great.
Unfortunately my crystal ball is in the repair shop this week and I can't say if this is ideal for your sway or not but what I do know is that the more you put yourself through worrying about every contingency, that is not pink friendly so I would just do what is going to work best for you to manage. What we have been doing isn't working, so let's do something that you can handle and the nice benefit is that it may also up your chances of pregnancy.
Yes it's fine to simply continue iodized salt. No problem at all.

You can take B6 if you want to. I tend to frown on B6 because it doesn't help that many people but if you think it will help you, that is fine.
If you want to sometimes I have people add in the lowest dose B12 2x a week as well. These things may sway blue but it may be time to add them.
Please don't worry about the kind of stress you're under, you're simply replacing stress with stressing about stress. :) But yes, any kind of stress can be harmful to fertility but you can only control the controllable.
Can you go to bed earlier?? I sometimes have trouble with waking up earlier and the only remedy seems to be having a night where I go to bed like at 8 pm and then everything sort of resets. But if you want to try the magnesium it is up to you.
yes yesterday was just spotting, count today as CD1.
If you're getting medication I would not start the B6.
I am assuming progesterone supplements. No, they don't sway blue
It def. lengthens your LP. May or may not help with getting pregnant, unfortunately.
Clomid also helps LP as does Femara.
Yes it's not unusual - most docs will give you Clomid or Femara too, but HCG + progesterone is not unusual at all.
I believe them neutral but don't have the data to back them up.
It is up to you how many attempts - at this point personaly I'm inclined for you to do two, but if you want to give it a month on one, that is of course at your discretion. Attempt day of shot in that case
I would have you do the e4d method regardless if you are willing to. You've been at this plenty long enough now.
Start right away with e4d in case you O sooner than you think you will and then keep rolling with that. In addition to e4d have one more attempt whenever they give you the trigger shot (we will do this instead of the OPK attempt) but CONTINUE doing e4d in addition.
2 attempts has not been that much worse than one. I really, really strongly suggest you do e4d both before and after and then add in the one attempt at trigger shot.. I do not want to take the chance that we have this mistimed and end up with no viable attempt this month.
No do just that, attempt Saturday and Monday, that's fine.
Yes it's totally possible to ovulate sooner than CD 21!!!
But also possible to have fertility signs a week in advance of O too.

Dont know what method you would call mine.. but we dtd Wed and then Saturday and then Wed and then Saturday again.. Yesterday (being Saturday) i got a Positive OPK AFTER we BD.. And today, (being Sunday) got another positive. I would say slightly darker.. I know you say to dtd at first positive, not the darkest... BUT.. just because both DH and myself are 40 and we have been ttc a whilst.. would you recommend we dtd again tonight just based on the positive opk again.. OR am i in with a shot with the attempt from yesterday morning??...
We were doing the one attempt at positive opk but no BFP for quite some time.. We have tried the e4d method for 2 cycles..

Yes they can tell if you’ve ovulated based on your ultrasound.
Flip a coin. I’m serious. If you can’t decide what to do, leave it up to chance, and do what the coin says. If you want best shot for pink, then wait to have your next attempt on Saturday. If you’re in a hurry to get pregnant and are ok with having a blue attempt, then have an attempt when you want.
FWIW, I️ believe your attempt on Wednesday is a good one. You may have already ovulated. Going by darkness of opks and CM is not always reliable for determining ovulation. If you did ovulate today or tomorrow, that would be either an O-1 or O-2 attempt, which are still viable attempts for conception.

Yes it's great if you have a chance at Femara BUT I do want to point out that for all we know you may be conceiving a little girl right this minute and wouldn't next month so if you were thinking to take morning after pill or anything I'd not have you do that. :)
Letorozole is like Clomid about 75% success rate overall. Best of the best.

I can't answer that. It's possible that thinner lining = lower hormones = better chance of pink but I do not have the data to say that thinner lining = more girls.
I also can't tell you a % of difference. All I can say is that we've consistently gotten about 75% with swaying and medication like Clomid and Letorozole. I would have to do a side by side study to give you a % like you are asking for.

It's normal to feel this way but you need to try to disengage from it since it's not accomplishing anything and is making you feel unhappy.
