I was taking L-arg ( 2 caps per day) and it was making me dry.
I was also taking EPO ( 1 cap per day) but I was reading the EPO bottle and it says take 2-3 caps per day.
Is that why the L-arg was making me dry cause I wasn't taking enough EPO?

No it wouldn't be that, l'arg is just reknowned around here for drying us out that is why many of us stopped it :)
I agree, I don't think so, These supplements didn't do any good for me, they messed up my cycle and no ewcm at all.
I didn't use L'arg myself but did notice that over the months my cm went to zero aswell, I was using the flaxseed. But I did manage to get my little boy even with the zero, luckily what was there must have been the right quality:agree: I think I've heard best results with the epo just taken for a few months??

I had ZERO ewcm!! Well nothing readily noticable on the outside, but with a bit of rough wiping when +opk showed up there was the tiniest of bits. But, the quality inside must have been good, and as I bd at the initial change from cm to creamy 2 days before, then half of the swimmers journey had been done already, so the good cm was only needed in the upper part, thank goodness!Quote:

People's ovulation was getting spotty and their CM was drying up and neither of those things are good for blue. I think we are getting the best, most consistent results with JUST fish oil and EPO. Good idea, you really do not want to compromise if you have good ewcm anyway!
I had really good luck with Fertile CM and EPO.
