Hi all, I know 2000mcg folic acid is advised when swaying blue, does it need to be 2000? Mine are the recommended 400 per tablet so taking 5 of these a day is freaking me out a bit 🙈. Are we all taking 2000? I know I shouldn’t google but I came across articles saying excessive amounts of folic acid is linked to increased risk of autism. I know it’s individual choice on what we do to sway blue so was just wondering how everyone else feels about it x
