Congrats! FX for a healthy pink bundle!!!
.
.
Congratulations on being pregnant! I hope this is your girl! But of course that it's healthy first of all! Silly question, won't harmony test show if it's boy or girl? Or are you waiting till birth?
.
Can I ask what sort of things you ate on the fertility diet?
.
Thanks that's helpful. Did you cut out wheat? I'm on the PCOS diet at the moment and wondering whether to switch to the fertility diet and cut out wheat. I eat wholemeal bread and wholewheat pasta at the moment.

Well, the thing with the iron is not "orange juice" but Vit. C so be sure you're taking Vit. C OR simply eat a NONsugary food that contains Vit. C, like red bell pepper strips with your iron. This is my personal favorite way to take iron (I am often anemic) is by eating some red pepper strips at the same time. Red bell peppers have more Vit. C than an orange!
As for moving around I would call and ask them. If the notch is ~really~ pregnancy threatening (which I am still not sure if you have been given accurate info on that, since many notches persist till 24 weeks and then go away) I would strongly suspect your need to stay off your feet outweighs the desire for exercise to help with gest. diabetes. GD can be controlled medically if it comes to that, the notch (if it continues) can't be and so you'd want to keep the pregnancy going as long as you can.
