This is gonna sound real dumb but after being told its a girl for 2 months and having had 4 girls already im findinf myself doubting this is indeed a boy and maybe its just swollen. I agree with ksmom -- do you have the pictures where you were told boy? Or had a blood test done? Nothing there looks definitively boy to me.
I actually would go the other way and say that looks like a boy. I see how it’s confusing and frustrating for you!

I could see where you may think "oh those are the balls" but I don't see a penis ANYWHERE in those pictures. I do not have a girl but have heard that their vaginas can be very swollen and therefor may look like a ball/ballsack.
I have 2 boys and unless at the gender scan you had previous the private area was hard to see I wouldn't question it. If the shot from previous scan was a great shot you would know! You can see the penis VERY clearly. Lol!!

Do you have any pictures from your first scan?
How many weeks were you then? Were they 100% certain it was a girl or were they unsure and it was a guess?
Things like this worry me as I've been told girl [emoji24]
