Comments regarding DW's diet changes- I skipped breakfast on most days, which was a big change for me because I usually have a yogurt or banana or something. I don't like being hungry. When I was swaying I just had a coffee in the morning and my first meal would be at 11 am. On the few days where I couldn't wait for lunch I'd have a plain bagel with whipped cream cheese for breakfast.
I was pretty strict on the diet at first but cheated a lot towards the end :-(
When I was strict I ate salads, crackers, and hummus for lunch. I like pop and drank a can of Coke most days.
Towards the end when I started getting lax on the diet, I ate McDonald's (love big mac with no onions and fries) for lunch (still skipping breakfast) and didn't feel hungry for the rest of the day so I didn't eat much for dinner.
I didn't eat at a surplus, I kind of maintained my weight. I was 160 lbs when I delivered DS in 2016, lost weight and stayed at 116 throughout my sway.

Comments regarding DH's diet- He didn't really change what he ate per se, but he was trying to lose weight at the time so he started getting into intermittent fasting and skipped breakfast too, and stopped eating by 6 pm. He didn't really change what he ate, he kind of eats out a lot. He would go through periods where he would eat healthy to periods where he just ate whatever he wanted. He's a big meat eater, likes ribs, steaks, burgers.

WEIGHT AND EXERCISE
What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O? 116 lbs. I am 5' 3" so that would put me at 20.5 for BMI
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments? I was a couch potato. I'm in school full time and work and take care of a 1 year old so I'm just too exhausted to add exercise to my routine, I was afraid I wouldn't do it enough.

Any additional comments? This cycle was weird. We weren't trying this month (trying to take a break coz we had done FR the month before with one attempt and didn't get BFP) and I thought I was tracking my ovulation correctly but apparently I ovulated later than usual because I was sick that month.

Things that make me feel great about my sway: The one attempt (though I got my first boy in spite of that) skipping breakfast, giving up cereal and milk completely. I ate a lot of cereal before conceiving my son. I also started drinking coffee regularly. I was never a coffee drinker before. I stuck mostly to carbs, other than my love for Big Macs and tried not to overeat/snack.
Things that make me nervous about my sway: Didn't get to use Rephresh that cycle and was not strict with my sway while I was sick. I believe I had eaten Texas Roadhouse a couple days before the attempt too. I just didn't care the last couple months :-(
Things worth mentioning: I had serious depression/anxiety in October/November/December. DH and I are having marital issues, and just feeling so worn down, stressed about my marriage and just hopeless most days. This baby was an accident as we had decided we were going to wait and work on us for a while before we tried again, but it didn't pan out that way. DH was not happy when he found out. I am depressed but hoping this will be a girl at least as it will most likely be my last child.
