I looked for one that had Guaiphenesin is that right?
Each 15mL dose of syrup contains Guaiphenesin 200mg
Also contains:
Sucrose, Sodium Saccharin, Sodium Benzoate, Alcohol (Ethanol 5% v/v). Each 15mL dose contains 5.55g Sucrose.

You want to take the max amount listed on the bottle. I take a 400mg Mucinex tab a few times a day, only when I am around O though.
Take it like you have a cold :)
On the day of O I took the amount the bottle says :)
Week leading up to O I took it 1 to 2 times a day :)

I was following IG. On IG tamara said 2 teaspoons for 3 times a day , from the last day of period to until 3 after O. But I'm taking 2 tsp twice a day. hope thsi helps...!!!
I personally don't take it but the few days before O.
Some people choose to take it that much, however, just to share my thinking...it's always best to take the minimum amount that you need to get the results you want. We believe Robi/Muci to be safe, but plenty of things that were once believed safe turned out to be kinda bad, esp. for developing babies. Personally I don't think we should take it after O just to be on the safe side. Aside from birth defects, most people's CM naturally dries up at O and I'm concerned we may be doing something that makes it harder for eggos to implant. Not enough is known for me to feel good about advising anyone to take it for 3 days after ovulation..Quote:
