Comments regarding DW's diet changes- Stuck to limits of fat and protein and didnt stress too much. Lost a lot of weight. Breastfeeding once a day up to 2 months before bfp so tried to stick to around 1500 calories a day. Managed to avoid snacking between two meals a day 90-95% of the time but if i got headaches i did. Avoided breakfast most of the time but when i did stuck to the limits for the day. The month before i conceived i ate normally for 2-3 weeks due to the holiday period and being around family already concerned about my weight loss ( 28 pounds and 2 dress sizes) so i did intend to skip that month to avoid stressing about it but ended up getting pregnant as ovulated a few days earlier than expected. WHOOPS!
If diet was used, length of time before attempt? A good 7 months before the bfp, 3 months before ttc.
Ds2 was 9 weeks on LE diet so was happy being on it longer term to give it my all for my last baby

Comments regarding DH's diet- Eats a lot of chicken not so much red meat. He drank 1 cup of peppermint tea most evenings. He was under a lot of stress the month we conceived
DId you consume alcohol?- A couple of drinks per week
DId you try to limit caffeine? No, I did not factor that into my sway
Any Diet Details? As above. Ive been vegetarian since i was twelve
Any Diet Comments/Additional Info? I realised on tracking my eating habits on MFP that although not consuming a huge amount of calories the food i was eating was very high in fat, a lot of good fat but also way too much cheese so cut that out and swapped for higher protein lower fat options as i struggled to hit my protein goals. After a few months i managed to balance the protein and fat according to the limits of LE diet, felt better for it and lost 28 pounds. So very happy :)
WEIGHT AND EXERCISE
What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O? Not sure but was slightly overweight, at time of bfp i was the lower end of normal bmi for my height of 5ft3

Any additional comments? Was trying to avoid the month we conceived as i ate normally over the holiday period for 2-3 weeks and didnt want to fret over that but i ovulated a few days earlier. I was still temping and took opk when i had early ewcm. I frantically took antihistamines when i realised i was ovulating. I still got a lot of ewcm despite being on the le diet and i dont think that was ever going to change

Any additional supplement info? Peppermint tea for dh. I did buy chitosan but was wary about too much weight loss so took it occasionally if i knew i was going to consume a meal higher in fat. That was when i remembered not often!

Things that make me feel great about my sway: I cant believe i got pregnant with 5 maybe 4 day cut off! Must have been less swimmers around then. My husband has a very high sex drive so shouldnt be too surprised i suppose- he thinks hes got super sperm now lol! My 2 ds were 1 attempt right before ovulation so its different if nothing else. 1 attempt. Felt great about the weight loss, everyone commented i lost 2 dress sizes. Ive had around 20 girl guesses and only 1 boy guess from my 13w 3d scan from various nub guessing sites. Ive got a pic on here so would love more guesses! Getting slightly obsessed!!
Things that make me nervous about my sway: The 2-3 wreks of eating normally the month before i conceived :( My husband has such a high sex drive and think we can only make boys.
My previous unsuccessful girl sway- glad it didnt work now tho or wouldnt have my gorgeous baby boy ;) Both my boys were 1 attempt within 2 months off starting ttc. This baby was 2nd attempt really as i had a chemical so must be really fertile even tho statistically at 38 shouldnt be!!
I did feel calmer being on le diet but didnt struggle on it or feel too hungry so worried maybe i wasnt doing it right!
Things worth mentioning: I had a chemical pregnancy the second month ttc. I gave this sway as much as i could without it stressing me out too much so whatever will be will be :)
