I had a follicle check and my doc thinks Monday will be O day. I always got a +opk 36 hours before my O. Last cycle was my first cylce on clomid and I didn't get it until 24hrs before, but I at least had some darkening up until my positive on the opks. The last few days I can barely even see a test line. How can that be if I am supposed to O in <48 hours? I haven't changed opk brands. Ugh, why can't I just have a normal cycle again :sigh:
You might only get a short surge this time and that's why you haven't had a positive yet. What size were your follicle/s?
On thursday they were 10 and 11.5
I've been googling opk galleries and have seen a bunch where they are completely negative and then positive the next day so I'm holding out hope! I know I will O...just hate this waiting. I went 3 months over the summer with no O and constant negatives when I would POAS....kinda felt like I was going through that again. That was a loooong 3 months!
Well if you go by the rule that follicles grow 1-3mm a day then your follicles could be anywhere from 13-20mm today. I'm sure O won't be too far away, it is just frustrating having to wait! Do you know if the follicles were on the same side? I used to get excited if I had two follies on the same side, I secretly wanted twins :)
Hoping they are closer to 20 today :)
I have one on each side...I don't want twins...don't know how I would handle 4 kids!
Chicky i dont trust opk's anymore cause this month i had no positive reading & had i not gone by my personalised lunar calendar i would have definately missed my O, so i'd stick by what your doc says. GL
hope you OV soon! even if you don't get twins it means an extra chance of getting a BFP doesn't it?

No still completely neg. Have another ultrasound today in 3 hours so I will find out then what is going on. My cm and cervix seem like something should be happening soon!
Ok so today's ultrasound showed one has not grown and is an 11. The other is an 18 so should pop no later than Thursday.
