Let's work on surveys!

Okay. I have had a survey system implemented on here behind the scenes for months now. I am ashamed to say I have neglected that part of it and like all of you, our lives are crazy with kids and stuff.

So, format. What would you like to see if you wanted to read through a person's attempt when swaying?

I took a shot at the boy one but it has some glaring ommissions.

We can start with what sections and build questions from there-

Minerals
Supplements
Timing
Environment
Ions
Diet
...

If anyone has the time or input to help(a couple already have and thank you for that), I would really appreciate any input so we can get this right and it can be a great tool to compare going forward.

Maybe exercise and weight gain/loss?

I would go like this:
1. Diet ( type, like HE, LE, IG, French, ...) and changes in your diet Drinks separately or with diet Idk? + weight gain/loss
2. Supps
3. Minerals
4. Timing ( + BD position maybe? Big O?)
5. Environment ( I'm not sure what goes under this category)
6. Exercise
7. Ions
8. Months of trying

I'd put diet first too - (options: French, IG, LE, Veggie, Weight loss, restricting salt/pot or cal/mag but not following actual diet)

then a "lowering sperm" count section including frequency of release (abstain, frequent release, frequent BD, Compressed FR, every other day, every 3 days... etc), J&D (Y/N), DH hot baths, DH tight underwear
big O(Y/N)?
shallow release (Y/N)?

pH (douche/gel/none... and if using a douche what they achieved)
pH of DH

timing (cut off, O+12, cut off and O+12, stop at pos OPK, BD through OV, one BD at OV.... and if a cut off, how many days)

supps

exercise (weights/cardio/none... and no. of days per week)

ions

new/full/no moon
chinese gender prediction
biorhythm prediction

months TTC

avg months TTC previous children

What about seasons and what country you are from?

I'm trying to add things without repeating what others have said but apologies if I do!

For the girl sways I'd like to know:

No. existing children and their genders
Age of DW and DH
Whether weight was lost before conception - how much and over what time frame
BMI at conception
Whether DW/DH consumed caffeine leading up to conception (and in what quantities)
What drinks were consumed leading up to conception/right before attempt (tea/coffee/mineral water/tap water/CL/diet coke/other fizzy drinks/sugar free squash/alcohol!)
Whether Antihistimines were used (or maybe that would be covered by supplements)
If pH was checked was it checked immediately at/after attempt
What cd did you ovulate the month you conceived - was this different to when you conceived boys
Was your cycle regular leading up to conception - were they regular when you conceived boys

I also think it would be great for the questions to be laid out so that the first response is always Yes or No and more detail is given afterwards - that way you could do a search using filters (ie. I want to see every sway which used Rephresh and Regular BD with BD through O - so I'll select Yes against all these options and then look at the detail).

Yes, that is the plan so we can build up a DB of sways for everyone to be able to research.

This would be great.....I always seem to read sways but never find out what gender they had!
It drives me nuts!

yes, def follow up with what they had! Diet section for sure!
