Comments regarding DW's diet changes- Vegetarian, ate quite a bit of carbs. Rice, veggies, fruits.

Comments regarding DH's diet- Vegetarian. Stopped drinking protein shakes. We had a drink or two most nights.

Any Diet Details? Ate very differently than with my boys. Before I was constantly snacking. Loved meat and nutrient dense foods.

What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O? I lost 8lbs and look flabbier, lost all my muscle. Ugh

Did you do anything with Ions? Not really. I do have a rose quartz bracelet I wear. Used lavender soap and body wash mostly for fun. Have a rock salt lamp by the bed.

Things that make me feel great about my sway: Clomid, shallow release with sylk, never had breakfast and ate around noon everyday. The fact that DH changed his diet with me and took the OLE.
