BD position doesn't sway and not doing J&D doesn't mean a girl isn't possible (just like J&D doesn't guarantee a girl). A person could do every "pink" tactic under the sun and still get a boy, just like someone could only do one or two pink things (or do nothing different at all) and still get a girl. You always have a chance at pink! Good luck and pink dust!
I was nervous about this too last month (didnt get pg) but atomic told me when she got her girl, she layed through the night. And if you read through the sways there are many who got girls like this.. Dont worry I think you have a great chance still..Quote:

That makes sense. It is just that the stats of one attempt (and not jump and dump) are so much lower. But I guess most people try J&D. I will put my mind to rest with your info and wait and see if I am/will be even pregnant at all.
But they weren't always. When the results with one attempt were at their most reliable (due to less people doing it) J nd D only added a couple % (well within the number of people who could be a fluke). Many, many, MANY of the people who have subsequently done one attempt were people who showed up here and didn't wanna do diet at all, only dieted for 2 weeks, didn't wanna exercise or did only mod exercise, basically didn't wanna do any of the hard stuff, and ONLY did one attempt. So OF COURSE at that point in time, the numbers on one attempt dropped. But when they were being comprised of only/mostly the people who were doing diet/exercise, one attempt was 73% and one attempt plus J and D went between 74/75%

I can't keep all these observations in the stats, there's not enough room for it all in there. But the stuff I recommend, all of it has these kinds of observations behind them. We've been at this for 10 years and I have been able to pick out a lot of trends that go far beyond what the stats seem to indicate.
