so just to be sure I understand what is going on:
you are having a cycle that's 26 days long and before your period comes on CD 26 you are having 4 days of spotting prior to that.
Do you know when you are ovulating? What cycle day?
How heavy is the spotting?
How many months has this happened?
26 day long cycle is not a big deal really provided that you are ovulating around the middle of the cycle still (so CD 12-14) even with the spotting as long as it's light.
Where we need to be concerned is if you were ovulating later than that, then the spotting, then your period coming early. But as it is now, if your ovulation is happening at the middle of the cycle, I'd not get terribly concerned yet unless the spotting is super heavy.
If I remember right, you have a lot going on otherwise, right?? Can you please give me an update on what you guys are doing to sway and to conceive so I have the most current information to help you with?
i am still exercising with he diet
the spotting is not heavy i dont need to use a pad .
it has happened to me in the month of august and june and i was under stress too.
my concern was if this is going to be a problem when i start trying after six weeks.
right now i am not increasing my weight but eating healthy and exercising and taking vitamins.
something like this has never happened earlier ,i am worried if this is related to harmonal changes
Do you know what day you're ovulating?
If the spotting is that light I would not even worry about it. It's most likely coming from the cervix, not the uterus. Are you using baking soda finger or checking pH/cervix a lot?? Are you BD more than you normally do, or in doggy positions when you don't normally do that?
What supplements are you taking?
Ok. ONce we know when you're ovulating that will help figure out what is going wrong (if anything because it's likely nothing to worry about)
For now, just keep doing what you've been doing.
What multivitamin? Does it have herbs or high dose B vitamins?
my multivitamin dont have any herbs
i will track my ovulation from this month and this month my cycles was normal only spotted for one day which is normal for me
and diet and exercise wise i am doing good but not gaining any weight just maintaining it .
sorry for the late reply.
can i add sugar to smoothies that i make is there any restriction on sugar intake ...
thank you
i was going to try in three weeks but yesterday my dr told me that my tsh is low
she reduced my meds and told me to wait till it gets in the normal range which will take another four weeks that makes it another 7 weeks till we try
my only problem is weight gain on he diet i am trying to maintain a steady weight instead of gaining it but its difficult with so much food.
Drop fruit juices and limit sweet/starchy fruit/veg (yes, even potatoes and bananas). Focus on meats, nuts, full fat dairy, whole fruits, and lower carb vegetables, with smaller amounts of whole grains and occasionally starchy fruit/veg.
What are you doing for exercise?
Great!! Keep that up!
i am going to take fish oil 1000 mg with 300 mg omega 3 and probiotic 10 25 billion from today is the dosage ok.
thank you
Let's take the fish oil every other day.
Probiotic daily is perfect!
Good luck!
thank you.
i was ovulating on cd 13 since last two months but today when i tested it was negetive and i have no sign of ovulation
i am testing since two days all the test are negetive i wanted to try unprotected on o-1 0 0+1 three times close to ovulation
the only thing that change since last two cycles is i was hyperthyroid now i am not my tsh is normal
and i have added fish oil.
does ovulating late is girl friendly?my cycle length is 26 to 27 days.
i have started taking mucinex too .
I think you'd be better off trying to get in 3 attempts on O-1 and O Day (so one of those days get in 2 attempts) because if you have ovulation timed correctly, O+1 attempt will be useless. You should still try for an attempt O+1 because sometimes O can be delayed by a day or two, but I don't want anyone to deliberately aim at O+1 attempt (other than as a back up plan for delayed O) because if you ovulate on time, it's not going to be a viable attempt.
So glad you have your thyroid functioning normally! Better for a healthy pregnancy.
No ovulation often changes from month to month. Keep taking the Mucinex and doing the OPK tests - I bet it will be any time now!
thank you atomic for a quick reply.
