OK for a blue sway?
Also beet root in vinegar, maybe with some thyme?
During winter we eat veggies in vinegar as a salad, I wonder does it sway?

I'm sure I read to avoid those things when ttc girl but I can't remember why - so the answer is probably that it is good for a boy sway!
Hi,
Not sure whether they sway blue or not but I love pickles so does my DH and we have them often as a side dish or part of an antipasto platter. We have two boys.
I think it's the sodium amount in the vinegar that causes them to be bad for pink
Yep, good for boy sway, lots of sodium! (Not that you need to worry about that anymore, just thought I'd post!)
I love pickled foods and can't wait to get back to eating them again... I couldn't eat my homemade sourkraut this summer. I also love pickles and pickled hot peppers.
Z, we've been swaying or maybe even technically mildly swaying for so long, you've got to have a boy in there!
zivic!!! bfp??? congrats!!!! and fingers crossed!!
I believe that vinegar and lemon juice, etc do have an alkalinizing effect on the body b/c the body neutralizes the acid so fast. This info is from acid/alkaline body ph references, not just IG. I think pickles are a good boy food. Lol. For some reason it just sounds so funny to say "boy food" :p
Well, but the verdict is really out on whether it is even possible to alkalinize or acidify anything other than your urine, KWIM? Doctors claim that you can't alter the pH of your blood.
I doubt anyone conceived a boy because they ate a little vinegar or lemon and I don't want anyone skipping a teaspoon of lemon here or there for a pink sway because it seems very doubtful a sway stands or falls on any one food.
