Just saw 12 weeks so little early but my guess is girl for now x

Thanks! I was told it’s about 75% accurate at 12 weeks with some room to change. Does this sound about right?

It's still a little early for guesses because the nub could still rise. Around 13 weeks is better.

I thought 12-14 is ideal. How confusing this all is! So the responses I’ve gotten elsewhere I should take with a grain of salt? There’s a 100% rate of girl guesses right now (out of 16). ��

Congratulations!! early but very girly :) id go into your 20w scan expecting to hear pink but dont go buying girl stuff till you get that conformation if you get what i mean?
for what its worth there's no stacking on that nub at all, it could still rise and be a boy but id be really surprised :)

Thank you! All I see are lines in this photo, and with the boys at this point, I saw circles and bumps. Hoping it’s a good sign! I have an ultrasound scheduled next week so maybe we will get a better glimpse! I had a miscarriage so they keep checking in on little bean to make sure everything is going the way it should. While it's surely better than going into a 12 week ultrasound and seeing a ding dong, it's not acceptibly accurate at this point and so while encouraging for pink, please do not consider this baby a girl yet.

I have seen too many people who did and ended up either very sad for several weeks thinking the baby they hoped was a boy, was a girl (only to end up happy in the end) or worse, people who got their hopes sky high only to have the rug pulled out from under them when it turned out to have been a boy all along.

But how did you find out, though? You posted this only a week or so ago - have you had another scan, or did you get NIPT results?

Huge congrats, I just get nervous when people post early ultrasounds because I've seen them be wrong so often. :heart:
