My boy sway in 2019
So this is where i will post everything about my sway. Since i have threads about few issues, i hope here will be everything, if i forget something i will update.
I have 28 years (today is my birthday haha) and mh is 31 (32nd birthday in march). My daughters are 2 and 4 yr old. With them i was working, my body was exhausted, didnt exercise, no vitamins, no breakfast. We abstained 7+ days and only dtd once. First one was planned, around ovulation, after positive opk, second one wasnt planned and we conceived again from only one attempt but dont know when o was.
I still have about 5kg from second pregnancy, i was before very tiny, 47-50kg and now i have around 55.
We are now on pause ttc because my cycles are messed up with escapelle pill (took it in may last year), so i have bleeding to 14 days, my ovulation goes to 22day. Now its a bit better, o seems to be on 16-18 day but i will see what is going on in a few cycles, atomic said it should work by itself. My bleeding is still long- about 9-10 days. And i have spotting in middle of cycle (not ovulation spotting tho)
So i will write about how my diet and everything was before this pause and we will continue that way about 2 months prior to ttc.
I started eating breakfast, cereal, toast, eggs, but mostly cereal with fullfat milk. I have fruits few times a day. Meat and vegetable, bread, salad, sandwich, soups, alkaline water, lemon water, apple and orange juice, snacks, potatoes every single day. Very rich meals with all kinds of meat. Mostly red meat (young beef) pork, chicken, once a week fish. I tried to stay away from chocolate, sugar (only in cofee) all kinds of sweets, and it was great, i think i had all sugar i need from fruits. I avoided blueberry. I was always eating sweets with my daughters so i wanted to change that. I also ate a lot of dough (all kinds- from makarone, to white bread and rolls ) and i stayed away from that also. So, very healthy diet- no fast food.
My husband changed diet a bit, but he already was eating better than me.
Supps:
What my multivitamin have i will post in picture (hope i will figure it out how)
Besides that i took
1000mg fish oil every other day
From af to o- gelatin drink
Folic acid about 3mg
Dh : zinc complex (with selen, vit c) 15mg
He take sometimes bsd - he take it for nervous stomach
He drinks beer 2-3 times a week. (Is alchohol ok in sway- or drinks with more % of alchohol than beer should be avoided?)
Folic acid around 1mg
Fish oil 1000mg
Vit E 9mg
Dtd- he use to have low libido, but with this supps and diet libido seems to be ok, we plan to dtd every other day or every third day (from af to ovulation) and when i have positive opk to try to follow your recommendation of 3 attempt. We are not sure if we should use protection in days leading to o, or not?
Exercices-weights for 30min every day. I have 1,5 kg weights and doing few more kinds of exercises. Husband same, but not every day (10kgs weights)
If my cycles dont come back how they were i will maybe use clomid. Also to mention, i will measure my bbt, i will take opk tests (monitoring also in case of taking clomid) , i will use preseed (is it safe to put a little bit of baking soda in it?)
I think this is it.
My husbands question- can he take any kind of pills for potency? We have two kinds in our country,one from african plum and another one that i cant find what is made from.

I forgot to add also probiotic. I have to find the best kind for us, but def.will take that. Since my multivitamin have no vitamin D, both of us will include it also

Happy birthday!
Your diet is looking very good to me, keep it up. I would not gain any more weight, just try to stay at the same weight you're at.
Small amounts of alcohol a few times a week are ok for hubby, but even better if he gives it up!
I would like to see you take 2 days off a week on the weights to give your body a rest. WE don't want to take the chance that you end up losing muscle from overtraining.
I would prefer if you don't use baking soda as I think it is extremely harsh to sperm and makes it more likely for you to get yeast and other vaginal infections that could even harm a future pregnancy. It's up to you, I know some people believe it works, but I have seen so many people get months/years of BFN while using it, and also getting girls while using it, it's impossible for me to believe it's doing anything other than causing harm.
I would stay away from African Plum because it blocks testosterone. It's said to help men's performance because some men (usually older men) have such high testosterone it messes up their prostate and can interfere with their sexuality, but I really doubt your husband has any such problem and I don't want to take the chance of lowering testosterone. He can take things that have carnitine and arginine in them, but I can't sign off on the other thing without knowing what it is, of course!
If you believe in timing you would have the earlier attempts with protection. If you don't believe in timing, have them unprotected. Since I don't believe in timing I like to see you guys having unprotected attempts since I believe the hormones in semen may make you more blue friendly. But it's up to you to decide - you should do whatever you feel more comfortable with.

He usualy takes few beers and its 2 times a week, maybe 3 if we have guests or something.
Ok, it would be even easier for me with 4 days a week of training.
I believe more and more that bs can mess things up. When we have those attempts in december ttc, i am convinced that we would get pregnant if it wasnt for bsf. I was just affraid for my ph, but it isnt even that low. I guess its not easy to put it out of mind, i was reading for months about bsf and it all seems so easy. I really think its diet and dtd pattern that will work for us. We were very girl friendly with first two kids. That is what i want to change first of all.
Does it really matters that i just cant eat catchup, mayo, mustard, and all that kind of spicy sauses? I like vegetables (there is few that i dont) but those stuff i just cant eat. I tried and i think i just have weird kind of stomach :) i prefer home cooked meals with lot of milk based sauses or chesse, tomato sauses, and cooked vegetables, and meat of course.
I was reading recepies for boy sway and i changed almost every, some stuff throw out and some add in. I hope im not doing it wrong

I dont think he needs anything for potency, he is just researching, because last time we were really stressed and its hard for him to dtd (and its hard for me to have o also). That is the only reason, but without that stress he is very potent. Actualy when we are on diet and supps we dtd very much often than before (when we conceived girls), is it diet or hormones that we affect i dont know.
We decided to dtd after af every other day without protection, and around ovulation to try two or three attempts. His ph is 9.

No you don't have to eat any sauces to get a boy! That's fine, and honestly what you eat normally sounds pretty great to me to get a boy!
I know it seems like baking soda is so easy - but if it was that easy we'd all know about it and the doctors would have people use it - it would be a very easy way to do gender swaying, just put sperm in a high pH mix and then do an IUI! But they don't do it because it doens't work.
Yes lots of men can't deal with the stress of swaying and BD! Just try to keep all that to a minimum.
Your BD schedule looks great to me! VEry much the way I got my boys. :)

That is great, it really makes me feel great about sway. Dh and almost everybody always makes jokes about how i dont eat those kind of stuff in sandwiches for example, mayo and catchup on pizza. I just dont like it, i never ate that in my life. I did try and i dont like that strong taste, but tomato juice for example i can eat in every meal. So that is what i do, i put vegetables in meals in way that i like (steamed veg and meat is my favorite)
I explained mh today about Shettles method and how that is wrong (about who is faster and bigger and smaller). He believed in timing but now we agree its best to do how i planned in sway. We just want everything different than with girls. We were so girlfriendly. :) i will try not to put him in stress.

Hey, that sounds fine - the important part is the meat, veg, and carbs (like bread, noodles, rice) and healthy fats. There is nothing particularly blue friendly about ketchup and mayo.

Mh desided to exercise, since he is in a good condition at work, he walks about 10km, so he want to add lifting weights. His hight is 183cm and have 86kg. Should he use l arganine and l carnitine and how much? Which one should i order from amazon, if you have any recommendations?
How long can he take those supps? Does he need any pause in taking them?
Atomic, based on my sway , i hope you remmember, if not, i wrote everything in previous posts, what should i order from you? If my diet is good, then what else can i do to improve my sway? Can you help me with choise?

Yes I'd have him take 500 mg carnitine and 1000 mg arginine.
I don't recommend brands. There are too many and they are changing all the time and I could not possibly keep up on all of them from day to day.
He can take them indefinitely.
Diet, taking the supplements (I think we've talked about these already, right?) and doing weights can really help. Also try to get enough sleep.

Oh im sorry for confusion, i meant for diet plans, TTC Blue Gender Swaying Plan Immediate Download for example, i think im doing good here with my sway, its just i have doubts sometimes, and i want to be sure im not missing anything. Do you recommend that for me or something else?
Its not just about 21day meals recepies, because i dont know if i can adjust that to cousine from my region, and i just use your advices about food, and i think is pretty good. I would like to read your esay in that swaing program, just to make sure im on right path.
I found on amazon few kinds od arginine and carnitine, so ill be ordering that as soon as i finish things with my bank account. So i understood you right, he can take it with no pause and for as long as he want? Should i take any of that?
Dont know if this info means something to you, but since mh is taking supps every day he somehow is having higher libido, and higher amount of sperm. Sorry for tmi.

You don't have to get the 21 day diet. Just get the plan (it's cheaper) and then I'll help you with your diet in an ongoing fashion.
No we don't want you to take the carnitine and arginine, they may mess up your cycle and stop your ovulation.
Hubbies often have higher sex drive when they go onto supplements! :agree: good sign!

Any of them are fine. I feel the Twin Lab brand is more well known and trusted so I'd go with that one.
Since the arginine is 1000 instead of 500 let's have him take that every other say.

Thank you! He is taking for few days now, slowly start training.
This cycle i had ovulation on 15th day. Bleeding and everything is going back to normal, finaly 1 year after escapelle.
Still im not sure if i should take clomid.

Again me with doubts :) so, my cycles are pretty much ok, i just cant pinpoint my o day , just watching for symptoms. No pain, twinges, bloating, like nothing is happening. Im not using opks and bt now.
I lost few kg in last few weeks and i think that put my cycles on right place (im currently no swaying) .
I am still thinkig about clomid. But im affraid it will be harmfull for my body. Does that happens in 50mg doses? Can it mess up bad or make cyst at 50mg? What time do you suggest, i mean days when to take it? My dr saids 3-7 or 2-6 to make good follicles from both sides.
Im so stressed about this. Even twin pregnancy would be fine i just hope that i dont mess things up.

It's ok. No one can pinpoint their O day! It has been shown in studies that even using every method, trained experts can't pin down O day any closer than 1 out of 3 days.
Clomid + blue sway will still sway blue. It is only Clomid + a pink sway that is very girl friendly. On its own Clomid sways about 3-5% pink, scientists believe.
I usually have people take the Clomid CD 3-7 (well, I advise them to do that in cooperation with their doctor!) But some docs prefer 2-6. I feel we have better conception rates on 3-7.

He is currently taking multivitamin (picture above in first posts), arginine and carnitine. We are planning to sway in a few months- sept,october-im not sure. Is it better for sway if he takes a pause in taking those , or continue taking the whole time without pause?

It's possible but rare to get cysts on Clomid.
I want him taking them all along. They're safe to take indefinitely and it likely helps over time.

Dont know if you remmember from my previous posts. I will write again- few cycles after i took escapelle, i also started drinking green tea. Suddenly my ovulation was prolonged to 20-22 cd. I consulted with you and we stop drinking green tea, thinking that was the reason. Well the problem continued for 6 montha or so, so now i realise it was escapelle, messed up cycle, so im wondering if i should try again with green tea, and cut out coffee from diet.
How long we have to take probiotic, 6weeks prior to attempt or?

No I want you to stay off the green tea.
Can you drink black tea instead? Better option than green tea or coffee in this scenario

Ok, that just crossed my mind, few days ago i drank one cup with friend so i was wondering , maybe it will be ok, since i read a lot about green tea and wonders for body. Do you think estrogen in it might be a problem?
I think i will stay with one cup of coffee per day.
Can you tell me is this enough vitamin d3 for me and my husband- i found tablets of 10mcg (400IU). On pack it saids that is for adults.

One cup is no big deal but whenever someone has had a history of a disrupted cycle (even if not caused by green tea) I like you to skip it.
I like you guys to take closer to 1000 IU so that would be two of those. But if you're getting Vit. D from a multivitamin you would not need to take that much. Just in the neighborhood of 1000 total IU

In our multivitamin we have d-biotin only, which i read helps with vitamin d absorbtion. I guess from food and sun, but in multivitamin we dont have vitamin d. Is that the same as vitamin d3?
Which method do you prefer in our situation- for bd? I cant decide between eod or smep. I mean its similar and both better than how we conceive our girls, but i wonder should we bd after o days? And if we do eod, isnt that too much if i get pos opk in between and that would mean few days of bding?

d3 is the best absorbed form of D.
I don't want anyone to do eod for boys. That can end up being one attempt in the fertile window! Either do regular BD every 2-4 days with the 3 attempts in the fertile window, or SMEP. No EOD.

I didnt write down right, with eod method i thought this way- eod with db on pos opk and next day. for example cd 8-10-12-14-16-18 and if i have pos opk on cd 15 we bd then 8-10-12-14-15-16-18. Twice on cd16 (morning and night).
Thats why i thought that is too much.
I was thinking maybe my vag. ph or generally environment would be better (bd with no protection) with eod- with bd more often.

As long as you're still having the 3 attempts in the fertile window that is fine (if DH can keep up with it.)
Some people do ONLY the every other day for blue without the 3 attempts.
The only thing to worry about with EOD is that DH won't be able to have the 3 attempts in the fertile window. If he can, that's great, and EOD will only help sway blue.

I will write down few more things, just to update my sway, so when you can, give me your thoughts about it.
I wrote wrong my height, its 162 cm and my bmi is now 21.9. My husbands bmi is 26.2. Should i be concern? He is muscular, only he have little fat on his tummy but most of the time he is just bloated. With arginine and carnitine and multivitamin (for now- in a few weeks we will add rest of the supps) he feels very good and he have weight traning.
I also have a little fat on tummy (after pregnancy it cant go away) but i keep up with trainings.
What do you think about peruvian maca? I read a lot but i dont know which kind to buy or even should i use it.
I am a bit worried about moon, it will not be full in my predicted (by application) o days.
