Diet
HE diet with some elements of IG ( avoided calcium)
Oat cereals with banana and full-fat yogurt for brekkie or bread with butter, tomatoes and salami; red meat every day, potatoes often (can't stand potatoes) chips sometimes, for snacks: nuts, chips, dried figs; pizza almost every day with tons of tomato juice.
Did you continue diet after attempt:Yes, got used to it since I'm on IG diet from Sept 2010 and then on HE diet from March 2011.
DH consume caffeine before attempt day:He NEVER drinks any coffee, so our attempts weren't exception :rolleyes:
Hormones: I was on DHEA for 4 months ( but not in Nov and Dec), no weights in Dec bcos I'm lazy, more facial hair :worry:
Drinks: All water I was drinking was lemon water, red grapefruit juice af-o, 100% orange juice, green tea once a day, white horehound tea af-o. BSD only once, gelatine drink when I remembered ( let's say once every 2-3 days af-o)
Supplements
Green Tea: Yes, once a day, all the time
Vitamin E: Yes, what was in Prenatal
Fish Oil:Yes, 1000mg
Folic Acid:800mcg
Royal Jelly and Bee Pollen:Yes, every morning before breakfast and every evening
Others:Prenatals, CoQ-10
DH supps: Co-Q 10, vit E 200IU, Fish Oil 100mg, FA 400 mcg, Zinc 40 mg, vit C 500mg
Timing
Ugh...Practically left that part out...No OPKs and I don't chart.
We BDed CD9, CD10, CD11, then DH left for a business trip :rolleyes:
I believe I Oed CD 13 ( based on CM and CP) so decent cut-off.
