In the beginning I was following a strict LE with IF for 3 months straight
Then only stick with Intermittent fasting

Yes most of the time

No but at least two weeks before conception he did IF with me in the Ramadan OMAD

No, I drank more of it. With my boys I never drank coffee i hated it.

In the beginning of the LE diet I was very good at it I lost so much weight I looked awesome. But when I experienced about my disease and dh s low motility I throw the towel in the ring and began to eat what i want.

DW Supplements
magnesium400, vitamine D, Zink,Vitamine C, lLysine,other enzymes helped me with my endometriosis pains, folic acid800mg, b12 1g, vit e, omega 3 1000mg ( only from O to AF), potassium(helped me with my worse pmdd)
DH Supplements
Wellmans for his low motility and additional vitamin D,Cd& magnesium.
Any additional supplement info?
I did two cycles clomid(50mg)and one cycle femara(2.5mg)But conceived exactly one year after my last femara pill. So don’t know if it was still in my system (hope so)
Did you do anything with Ions?
I have a salt rock lamp next to my bed but not for swaying purposes. It helps me relax and calm down with my anxiety in the night.

Did you use any Old Wives Tales?
I have lots of baby girl clothes under my side of the bed.
Things that make me feel nervous about my sway:
2 attempts, taking prenatal, DH taking vitamin, did not stay in the limits of LE diet
Conceived at Highest BMI ever!
Things that make me feel great about my sway:
The fact that Femara May still would be in my system. We were very relaxt about TTC I almost giving up conceiving naturally after two laparoscopy and looking into IVF.
Intermittent fasting, I was dining two meals a day.
The fact that I conceived in the Ramadan I was doing one meal a day fasting for 22 hours!
The fact that I conceived in the month May (girl friendly month, boys conceived in feb&dec)
The fact that I drank more coffee than ever
The fact that I lost a little bit weight before conceiving (2kg)
The fact that this time TTC took so long (my boys conceived in the first month)
The fact that I had very little CM( I had tons and tons with my boys)
The fact that I conceived 6month after a curretage.
The length of my period has changed and the flow also.
Things worth mentioning:
This BFP was a very surprise actually Im soool hoping this is the daughter I’m longing for but if it’s a boy then would be still happy, baby’s are sweet anyways. Thank god for everything!
Update: well it’s a boy and I knew it. It was part my fault to I did a lots of boy things. ��
