Im so sad..its not working

Hi dear friends. Sorry its been a long since i wrote but i had to go through many things
Im reallu sad because i think i wont be able to have the transfer of my embrios
We got 2 embrios on June. We had to cancel cycle because i started to spot and said my endometrium was not ok.
I started with ronfase strogen pills next cycle on july but after 10 days i got my ecografy and found luiquid (blood) in my endometrium and thay was not ok. The cancelled cycle and told me to do an surgical hysteroscopy to treat and istmocele (a bad scarring on scar c section) which was solved and an endometrium biopsy, which came out ok. They also removed a benigne endometrial polipi. They told me all was perfct with mu endonetrium...but. next cycle i kept having my spot in middle of my cycle
I talked to my fertility doc when all study was done and said we can start working on my endometriun to be able to transfer.
I told her that last cycle kept with spotting no matter whats surgery or studies we have done that they told me that is hormonal as my endonetrioum and uterus is ok, but she told me thay she cant do more than give me strogen pills..
That if i dont get a receptive endometrium she cant transfer..it seams its not going to happen..
She said we try this cycle with pills and if does not work we can try with same strogen in patches on skin but that there is nothing more she can do...
I started with pills 3 a day and i have an ecografy on friday..but today wednesday started to spott and back pain...im so so sad...they will surely cancell my cycle and there is not much more we can do...and my embrios are there waiting..im devastated..

Oh NO NO NO I'm so sorry - is there nothing they can do at all? Can they not just try to implant and see if they may work out? People sometimes will go ahead if the alternative is discarding the embryos anyway, and sometimes will get a surprise. Another option is a surrogate, although that is a difficult road to go down (expensive, or you must have someone you trust very very much).

I don't even have the words for you, my heart is breaking. I'm praying for a miracle!!! :heart: :heart: :heart:

Hi dear friend. I dont have chances. I kept spotting for two days today and with back pain and period pain. Tomorrow have my ultrasound but for sure will cancell. I will ask her tomorrow but said befor that stogen was the only for hormone problems but..the do not work with me..i dont know why :( im so sad.. i would have prefered not to succed at first that being able to get two embryos and now no motter to transfer ..i feel worst. No, we dont have anyone able to do so and we cant afford a surrogate mother...thank you for your prays my friend we need them. My heart is in pain for my embrios. The centre have as a rule not to transfer if endometrious is not receptive..i guess is as if they will discard them..i guess they dont want to have anythig to do with that..i let you know what my doc says tomorrow..

Some people have done natural transfers when they didn't react well to the hormones - they had the clinics put in the embryos just after ovulation had happened naturally (usually with an HCG injection to make sure ovulation occurred when it was supposed to) and let Mother Nature take over. It's not as effective of course but at the same time, if you can't do the estrogen, it may be another option.

Hi dear friend. Yes she told me we can try but the problem is that i always have spotting before ovularion or middle of cycle 2 or 3 days before with and without hormenes. Thats why she does not undertand why i dont respond to strogen as it seams that in natural cycle i have hormone issues but then i dont respond to hormenes treatment either.
The fact is that we never could reach the supposed 3 lines endonetrium and that is the necesary to implant
I do get it wide but not three lines and supposed and the start lossing it too...
She cancelled my cycle and ask for a special ecography that has to be done on days 18th till 23rd at next cycle to check if the problem is that not enough blood reaches my endometrious.. and if thats the problem she said the lnly we can try is an experimental cycle using some kind of vaginal medication..and use it with estrogen..but she told me its just experimental..so i have to do ultrasound and see if what the result is my friend. oh yes yes I know of that, it's like Viagra only it will help make more blood flow to the endometrium!! That has definitely helped some people!!

Hi dear friend! This cycle i used that medication. I got firt ultrasound and found liquid again but my doc wanted to guve a chance and kept taking strogen for some days more and attend for a new ultrasound. She told me that if not working we would try one more month by natural without meds...but for our surprise liquid was not there anymore! And found my endonetrium ok 8mm so she told me we will go on! Im taking strogens 3 per day, 1 vaginal med for endonetrium like viagra and since sunday 1 shot of vaginal progesterone and we will transfer my 5 days embryo on friday!!! Im so nervouss and exited. Please wish me luck! Hope all keeps going ok and be able to transfer in friday. I will let you know. Hugs my friend!!! ����
