I guess we are swaying blue

So after saying for months that we aren't swaying, after talking it over with DH, looks like we are swaying blue. If I end up with twins I still want boy/girl though!!

I would still like to lose weight before I get pregnant again. Atomic, are you still getting good results for only 6 weeks of swaying for blue? I've read high everything diet nutshell and he diet faq, anything else that I should read? What should DH be doing and for how long? Must I give up my obsession with multiple cups of black tea with cream/milk a day?

Yep we still do HE Diet only 6 weeks before.

Those are the two most important threads but are you going to do weight lifting??

No you don't need to give up the tea, it probably sways blue, and I had that exact thing when I got my boys.

Yes I’m going to do weight lifting but I only did it for about 15-17 minutes yesterday and by then I was very much done. So it’s going to take me a while to get up to 30 minutes.

15 minutes is good!! It's ok if you never get up to 30. 30 is the MOST I want nyone to do.
