My husband doesn't smoke neither me. Alcohol once in a month. Tell me the timing please i ovulate cd 13 early morning. Always got peak opk cd 12 at late night. I use both opk and ovusense device to detect ovulatation. I want to do bedding in this pattern = 1st bedding =cd 13 morning. 2nd = cd 13 night ,3rd = cd 14 morning. 4th= cd 14 night.

I don't think it's necessary if you have fairly regular cycles and are willing to use OPK strips.
As i want to do first bedding on ovulatation day .because i ovulate very early after my positive or peak opk. Here i am afraid should i bedding before ovulatation or rite after positive opk?

I think it is a bad idea to wait till ovulation day to have 3 attempts. You will likely only have one attempt before the egg is released if you wait till ovulation day to start your attempts. And one attempt has been very pink-friendly for us.
If you have attempt the night of your first positive OPK, that will be O-1 and still fits in Shettles timing guidelines.
Timing really does not work at all. I know it's hard to believe since so many sites claim it works, but most of us on here got many timing opposites. I myself have 3 boys that I got with cutoffs and then got my girl with boy timing! It just doesn't work at all and serious scientists have completely debunked it. But as long as you stick with the way we do the attempts, late on O-1, and then 2 on O Day, that still fits in with Shettles and lets you have the 3 attempts that has been so successful for us for blue.
If timing doesn't create any difference then what u think is most important? I ovulate very early after positive or peak opk may be 10 hours after that in this case what u suggest me rite after Opk .or should i wait a couple of hours after positive opk

Diet, exercise, having more than one attempt, and above all else, no smoking (and yay! you guys already have accomplished that one. :))
If you O that quick after a positive OPK then I would DTD as soon as possible after the positive OPK.

No. It takes 7-10 days of daily release, every day without missing a single one, to be frequent release. Two consecutive releases in the fertile window is NOT frequent release.

Hi, mam my diet plan is this. Breakfast = whole egg+ brown bread, oatmeal, peanut butter. Snack =banana, coconut water. Nuts. Lunch =bread( whole wheat),lentils, any vegetables, curd,hummus. Snacks =any fruit, lemon water, dinner=kinda same as lunch or may be chicken again lentils bread salad =onion, cucumber, tomato, avocado. Snack =whole milk supplement =fish oil,prenatal vitamins, vitamin d ,Ashwagandha Indian herbs (to relax) DH= vitamin d,Ashwagandha, fish oil.

Yes, if a woman eats a diet high in carbs and low in protein, it can sway pink, but your diet is not at all high in carbs. You need SOME carbs to conceive a boy - carbs + protein = boys. Your diet is beautiful and exactly the type of thing I like to see, just be sure when you snack, you have some protein whenever possible and not just some fruit as that is just carbs alone.Quote:

Nuts, seeds, hard boiled eggs, dried meat, cheese, yogurt, or bars made of nuts and grains are all good snacks to have with a piece of fruit. So you could have a small piece of cheese or some nuts, and then some fruit.
I would suggest your husband drops the herbs too but it's much more important for you than it is for him.
