What to drop/add for my pink sway
Hi Atomic [emoji112]
So this will be my 5th month of TTC and wanted to know what I can add in to help odds of conception without totally screwing up my pink sway.
I’m doing e4d (72 hours this month and last month), fibre, LE diet, cardio 2-3 times a week plus 2-3 12 hour shifts on my feet and almond milk. I’m also incorporating more fat and nuts into my diet and taking 1200mcg Folic acid. My sleep is a bit rubbish but jt always has been tbh! I can’t get any Clomid unfortunately as I don’t have a healthcare professional to monitor me and don’t want to end up with OHSS or something similar.
TIA!!! [emoji178][emoji178][emoji178]

What to drop/add for my pink sway
Hiya, thanks for getting back to me [emoji3526]
The only physical thing that could potentially be an issue is DH is jogging 3-4 times a week, otherwise he’s keeping the jewels pretty on a pretty even keel! He releases in-between BD in his own time when the mood takes him, I don’t really keep track.
We mix up BD positions and have been doing e4d basically from AF to AF.
I’m on levothyroxine and have recently been a bit hyperthyroid so they’ve adjusted my meds. Could that affect anything, I’ve only ever heard of problems being hypothyroid?? I did wonder if it was shortening my LP a bit [emoji848]
If there’s anything else I can do/add in before adding an attempt I’m happy to try it unless you think otherwise??
Your thoughts and insights are incredible, thank you so so much for all your help [emoji178]

Ok so I BD this morning at about 5:30am as per e4d and just because I had some I did an OPK test this evening and it was most definitely positive [emoji736]
The question is, do you reckon my previous attempts plus my next one in 2 days will be enough for conception but also sway pink?? [emoji178][emoji178][emoji178][emoji178][emoji178]
Just to add, I’m also still bf my 3 year old off and on (more during lockdown, comfort and down time for both of us!!)
I’m also having a decent amount of coffee, delaying breakfast, having 1-2 cans Monster energy drinks per week & ultimately praying every night for my beautiful pink bundle of joy [emoji177]

Hi Atomic,
I’m so gutted.
I feel like this month was pretty much the perfect sway but my BBT dropped significantly this morning so I think AF is just round the corner... [emoji24][emoji24][emoji24]
I know that our chances of conception are only so much per month anyway but I really thought this was my month [emoji17]
Anyway, my main concern is that my LP over the past 2 months has been 9-10 days where I’ve always been 13-14 days before. I’m trying to find someone to prescribe cyclogest/progesterone from O to lengthen the LP but failing that, I’ve heard vitamin C and B6 can help. Have you much experience with this?
Should I add in/drop anything else like full fat milk, omega 3 or anything??
So gutted.
Thanks so much again [emoji178]

Hi Atomic,
Apologies for the late reply.
So I’m tracking my temperatures to retrospectively see when I’ve ovulated plus OPKs (bit not religiously). I’m looking to do a progesterone level post ovulation next month just to check my levels.
I’m having about 1800-1900 calories a day and closer to about 65g fat a day as I’m still breastfeeding (3 year old) 1-2 times a day.
My BMI is about 18.3 at the mo, I dropped a bit recently but am on the up now.
I’m happy to have red meat once a week, bring on the steak!
FYI, turns out my LP was 11 days thIs month [emoji3060]

Hi Atomic, I really need your guidance right now... [emoji120]
So I don’t usually ovulate until CD 16/17 so we didn’t strictly e4d before what I thought was my fertile window. We BD on day 10 & 11 with dry or creamy CM and then again on CD 13 with EWCM which I presumed was the start of my window as no EWCM before and no +OPK. But then I get a temperature shift on CD14 and they haven’t gone down [emoji2370]
Still no +OPKs but still been having cramping and EWCM, it’s completely baffling me! Could you shed any light on this please?!
If I did ovulate on CD13 how in the blue zone was my BD pattern considering I had no fertile CM?? I know 3 attempts is fairly awful but just wondered how awful looking at all my symptoms [emoji2358]
Could something else have caused my temperature to shift?
It’s so weird!
Thanks you as always, you’re amazing!!! [emoji177][emoji177][emoji177]
PS. Update: I’m now back to creamy CM today (CD 17) WTF is going on?!?! [emoji51][emoji51][emoji51][emoji2962][emoji2962][emoji2962][emoji24][emoji24][emoji24] Lol!

Oh phew! Thank goodness!
It’s just so typical that it may have been early this month [emoji85][emoji85][emoji85]
I’ve had some more EWCM today so I am gonna get on it and do e4d all the way to AF! And if this isn’t our month it’ll be e4d all the way through with no exceptions!!!
I agree that it may not have occurred yet as I still ‘feel’ fertile so I’m cautiously optimistic [emoji178]
But if I have already ovulated I’m happier that the attempt CD10 was a bit obsolete due to lack of CM.
What will be will be but at east I feel a bit happier now!
What else can cause temp rises that you know of??

I did wonder about the running. He runs or cross-trains maybe 3-4 times a week for 40mins-hour. He’s on a massive weight-loss kick so I don’t think that will go down well [emoji85] But for the sake of a month or 2 he will have to suck it up, haha!
No, definitely no shallow release and this will be month 4 of e4d from a few days after AF finishes usually past ovulation (well into when CM changes).
I feel like I’m doing all the right things but it’s just not happening. I had my hormone levels all checked last month and they are all in the perfect range too, so I know things are working as they should [emoji2370]
Thank you thank you so much again, you are a marvellous source of advice and reassurance!!! [emoji8]
