I would not give him that much. 30 mg is enough. Too much zinc may make him sick to his stomach and then he'll lose nutrients through diarrhea, and also may have other negative effects that could harm a blue sway.

Please my husband is taking 5mg folic acid and fish oil with coq10 120mg with a multivitamin supplement just to surport the sway he doesn't have any sperm issue but he do hard work on daily basis so i hope this ok ma thank u indvance

I would not give him that much folic acid. too much folic acid in men may make prostate cancer grow faster, and he does not need any more than 400 MICROgrams (not milligrams, but micrograms) for sperm health.
How much fish oil?
What multivitamin is he taking?
1000mg and for the multivitamin is advances multivitamin for general wellness

I would not take aspirin unless you have been tested and the doctor has told you that you have a blood clotting disorder. Most people do not need aspirin, and taking it when you don't need it may make it more likely you have a miscarriage from bleeding too easily.
