in my last cycle i got smily face on CD11
in this cycle which i am ttc i got smily face on CD12
(CD11 it was very faint line and tool showed negative)
i got smily face at 6:00 am before i went to work
i wait until 10:00 pm then i and my husband had the deed
after intercourse i lay down and sleep until 3:00 am
at 3:00 i need to go to toalit and i try to check my ovulation
it is negative
i so confused
i think smily face disappear quickly
it less that 24 hours .
it is very short
Does that mean ovulation occur?
Do i have to try again tomorrow night ?
(i am using digital clear blue ovulation test )

Sorry about your confusing test results. Yes you definitely should try testing again, but try to space it farther apart.

yes i have tested twice after that today
one at 7:00am it is negative and the other at 11:00 am and also it is negative
should i continue testing or i have ovulated already

I would certainly keep having sex for a day or two after that in case of delayed O, but the truth is the surge can be that short, and it still triggers ovulation.

The Clearblue ovulation tests are not always accurate (it depends on the type you're using) after two peaks/smiley.

24-36 hours on average, but sometimes O can be delayed and it can take 72 hours or even more. Usually, the longer gap between smiley and ovulation the more likely it is that you'll surge another time, but the Clearblues (depending on the type you have) don't always detect that.

I suspect you're actually ovulating on CD 13/14, sometimes the surge comes early. While you did the right thing in having an attempt, I would have another attempt as soon as your husband is able to.

i am back again
this is my third cycle , i have not get pregnant yet

i am heathly person i stop all sugar snd coffee and white bread for 6 monthes i eat for every days two eggs ,red meat, nuts,dates ,vegeies and fruits
i am taking only fish oil, one pottasuim pill aday 99 mg
no baking soda or any doushes
what i have to do ?

It takes an average of 3-6 months to conceive. If you got pregnant faster in the past that was just good fortune.

It sounds to me like you and your husband were having sex too early if you had sex CD 10 and then nothing after that. If your cycle is regularly 28 days long, you're ovulating CD 13/14 even if you get a positive OPK CD 10. Wait a couple more days and have sex CD 12 or 13 instead. Since he can only DTD once, you need to make sure it's a little further on in the fertile window, or all the sperm may die before the egg shows up.

I actually don't think this is a similar situation. I think this time, you're just detecting the surge a little earlier than normal, and that time your doctor missed the egg on the ultrasound. So I think what is happening is that you detected the surge early, then had an attempt too soon, and all the sperm died before the egg showed up. If your cycle was 28 days long, and you had an attempt CD 10, and could only have one attempt, that was probably 3-4 days before ovulation and we don't have good results for conception with sex that long before ovulation. I would wait till CD 12 or 13 and have attempt then. If you were really having the surge CD 10 and ovulating CD 11, your cycle would NOT be 28 days long, it would be shorter.

to day i got my positive

but the first time my husband abstain for more than a week
and second time veigra i have no big orgasim everythimes

and i take guaifenesin four days before ovulation

my wight has increased for 6 kiloes i think because of fish oil
my BMI is 33 i know it is not good to be overwight
but i do not care
i want my boy more than any thing else

what do think gender i will have

SADLY yesterday i miscarriaged i do not know why . i loss my pregnancy it is five weeks old
is it good to try again for pregnancy next cycle or i have to wait few monthes for swaying a boy ?!

Oh gosh so sorry to hear this sad news.

With an early loss like that, as long as you were still eating well and taking your supplements, it's ok to try with the first cycle. Some blue swayers prefer to wait the first month just to be sure they're not swaying pink, but I don't think that's necessary and we have seen plenty of boys conceived the month after an early loss. Your call to make, whatever you think is best.

Viagra does not get into the semen so it's not going to cause a loss.

Rates of losses do increase with age, but I can't tell what the reason for your loss is. There are many younger women who also have early losses, and young women who do IVF and have a lot of abnormal eggs and/or sperm. We're never going to know the cause, but I want to assure you that just because you've had one loss, it doesn't mean it will reoccur. I had a baby at 39 and one at 42 with two losses along the way, but still was able to have two healthy babies.
