and i see too much brands
which one i have to take ?!

I am here. You need to simply find a prenatal that has about 100% of a lot of different things while not having any herbs added to it, or any megadoses of vitamins.

I generally recommend One a Day since it's easy to find in most countries. I understand you're not asking for a brand but all you have to do is look at any of the suggestions that either I or treens posted for you and see what is in them, then use that as your guide.

Yep, it's fine.

yrsterday morning i got my first smily at 6:00 am and we BD at10:00 pm
and today i BD again at 4:30 again .

and for the first time in my life, i left wights for two months
i only take parantal and fish oil
and Gu…… for the mucus .
my husbend takes only multivitamins and co -Q
i replace my coffee with barley coffee to avoid caffaine
