Sorry for being so needy guys- just still at the beginning stages of my sway, so amassing all the info I can! Here are the supplements I am taking. If someone could recommend amounts, that would be great. I have read studies about some of these things but the amounts don't line up with the tinctures, etc. Also- what time of the day is best for vitamins and minerals? The herbs all say between meals, but what about the rest? Thanks.

Folic Acid
B6 (increase progesterone production, which inhibits excess LH which triggers testosterone production)
Fiber capsule (will help eliminate excess testosterone, and since I'm doing away with whole grains/oats etc I thought this would help)
Vitex tincture recommended 30 drops 2-4X a day (works to regulate pituitary gland= increase progesterone, normalize prolactin= balance hormones--every day)
Licorice Root & White Peony tincture -recommended 30 drops 2-4x a day (in lieu of Saw Palmetto- my research indicates it prevents testosterone production in the ovary, not just blocking the effects of testosterone)
Cranberry
