add to fertile cm?...and other questions

Hi...we just had a failed attempt so on to the next cycle! I've been taking fertile cm but didn't see much difference. However I like what I read about all the different things it has and can do. So if I would like to take fish oil and epo, can I add it and keep taking fertile cm?
Ok maca....can you get this in capsule? What's the dosage?
Oh and my hubby does the caffeine before bd but hates coffee. You think 5 hour energy is ok?
I fell off my diet the last week or so and also haven't been working out but can't skip trying this cycle. How nervous would you be?:nails:

yes, you can take them together. Be aware, the Fertile CM has actually dried some people up...the L-arginine can have a weird effect. Some people have great results and others have terrible results with it.

I don't advise the Maca. I have not seen enough people taking it yet to be convinced of a)safety and b)how it sways.

5 hour energy is fine.
