This is an extreme case BUT I have seen people do some pretty crazy things for swaying. I know afew people were making little capsules of sodium and swallowing it like vitamins. Please don't overdo the salt, it probably doesn't even sway blue.

too much of anything is a problem. I heard of a woman die from water poisoning during a "hold your wee for a Wii" contest several years ago in Sacramento.
