For exercise motivation
I won't be swaying for another six months, but I've come up with a cute little plan for when I need to do the intense cardio.
I clipped a photo out of the newspaper of the most adorable little girl, probably about three years old, with brunette pigtails and the most endearing grin. I'm going to copy that photo, laminate it and stick it to the control board of my treadmill. At least an hour of exercise, six times a week, is a lot, so I want the reminder of what I'm doing it for.

I think that is a great idea! May also help with the hard days on the diet.
