Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
I used to have a very boy-friendly diet (obviously!) (generous plates, meat, potatoes, lots of 2% milk, cereal for breakfast every day) and changed it for the LE (stopped eating breakfast, smaller meals, no snacks, no eating from 9 pm to 11 am, low fat yogurt instead of milk etc.).

Comments regarding DH's diet-
He didn't change a thing, except for the general healthier and smaller meals I'd prepare.

A couple of drinks per week

No, I did not factor that into my sway

WEIGHT AND EXERCISE
What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?
I lost 8 pounds in a month following the LE diet and the intense exercise which brought my BMI from 27 to 26
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?
My exercise routine was one hour of bike every day whether stationnary or outside on the trails. I didn't skip a day for the four weeks that lead to conception.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:
Changed diet. I really think that's what did it for me. The exercise too helped in my weight loss because other than that, nothing was different then when we made our four boys.
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
Not being on the diet longer as well as for the exercise.
