Which way would my diet sway?
Hi I'm new and was just wondering which way my diet would sway. I have recently gone on a lower calorie diet (normally a binge eater of all things sweet lol).
When up I either have nothing or a coffee or decaffeinated tea.
Between 9:15-10 I will have a Muller yogurt with granola.
Snack is hand full of sunflower seeds or a couple of small sweets.
Lunch is toast, sandwich, soup (with toast) or pasta.
Snack again will be seeds, toast or sweets (only if I dint have sweets before).
Late dinner (When kids in bed normally between 8-9) will be chicken of some sort with veg and chips or chicken curry. (Maybe pasta or omelette.)
I take maca and magnesium with calcium tablets as well, oh and I take roughly 1600mg of folic acid.
