for those of you who track minerals
for potassium are you able to get the IG limit? im finding that it takes a LOT. ill have 2 bananas, plus a larabar, plsu my morning ceral has some potassium, some in eggs, v8, NYF, the fruits and vegies, potatoes, nuts raisins...but still im finding it hard to really reach that 4-5000mg mark...im starting to get not TOO worrried about it but just wonmdering inc ase some of you out tehre are still tracking how di o you get your numbers in one day?
as for sodium, i ve read that some of you measure out 5-6000mg of salt in a bowl and use that throughout the day, but what about when youa re cooking dinner for the family? do you use the salt from your measured out stash or what? just curious.
