Is my early scan upside down? Confused ???

I had a transvaginal scan today at 7+6 due to bleeding. Everything is fine and baby is happy :)
So the pic they have me looks upside down? Not sure if it is or even why it would be? Could you take a look and give me your opinion and maybe even a gender prediction based on the Ramzi theory?
