I am taking SP and my temps these last 2 cycles have been almost identical. My temps are higher than normal (so I figured the SP was working) but they only stay this way for about 10 days and then they drop really low until I O. Why are they dropping? What can I do? I will be O'ing in about a week. Please help!
I wish I knew! So little is really known about how these herbs work in the body.
I think that the higher temps at the get-go are a good sign. Your estrogen may be lower than it was to begin with, then your body really has to take it up a notch to make enough estrogen to trigger your surge (hence the sudden low temps just prior to O.)
