Just Joined - Can't wait to get started!!

Hi there! My name is Emma and my husband and I have two boys. I have pcos, crazy irregular cycles, and no issues getting pregnant even when I haven't had a period for months. We have room in our car for one more baby and we sway girl. Wish us luck!! Just paid for my personalized plan and can't wait to get started!

I've just started using my personalised sway plan this week also hoping for a baby girl !!
We've just bought a new car actually the other day to accommodate a new baby and will make our first attempt in Jan/Feb next year !
I think it will take me a couple of weeks to find my feet with meal ideas and fitting in all the cardio but I'm going to try my hardest for the best possible sway!

Oh wow - maybe there's a lot of cardio?? I am willing to do whatever it takes and I suppose that's all the more push to get myself to the gym (where I should be!) Good luck!!

Cardio has been a very effective tactic for us BUT not all of us did it. I got my girl without it! :) It's all about what works best for you.
