Can you grab the URL of the forum that is giving you this message and PM it to me please?
You have no IP address. You look like spam to the forum.
Sometimes logging out and logging back in can fix it but not sure that trick works if you have no IP.
If you choose to mask your IP address, the forum will not work for you. If use you as spam.
