My GP prescribed me clomid, I took it to the pharmacy and was told that GPs can't prescribe, only specialists, so disappointed, was gonna be a big part of my sway. I googled and it looks like it's Australia-wide

My gp told me that too, it has to be prescribed by a specialist:(
Bummer :(
Is there an option to use a pharmacy overseas to fill?
I did look into it - lots of "scam alert" pages in the google search though, and reports of medicine not arriving or not being genuine :(

My GP also told me specialist must prescribed clomid too .
But i wouldn't lose hope yet im suprised ur GP actually gave it to you .
Why dont you try different pharmacies it has nothing to do with the pharmacy i suppose and they probably shouldnt be questioning you.
Maybe go a different area to where they dont know the GP .
Good luck
I'm surprised the GP wrote the script to start with. Another pharmacy might work if they don't realise it is just from a GP.
I'm sorry! What a bummer.
Thats the law australia wide - it has to be a gynae or obstetrician & even then they wont give it out lightly. It sucks but thats the way it is.
