Ok only just got my BFP but heres my sway attempt

Gender Resulted: Unknown

Swaying Attempt - Natural

PH: I only used PH strips so it wasnt as acurrate but for the first BD my PH was about 5 so used a fingertip of replens and also neat lime just 2drops! I inserted a mooncup afterward DTD, that came back about 7 combined PH lowered with neat lime to 5, checked it 30mins later still at 5 and remained at 5. O+12 my PH was about 4 so just inserted replens before BD - PH followed the same pattern, inserted replens after DTD both times as well.

CM PH: Consistantly around 4

DH PH: Only tested once last cycle it was about 7

Douche type and when: Neat lime before BD

Replens and when: Yes before BD and then inserted afterwards both times.

Big O: DEFINATELY No

MINERALS
Calcium: 1000mg
Magnesium: 300mg
Potassium: Low
Sodium: LOW
DH minerals: Calcium 1000, magnesium 300mg

DIET
Dietary Changes: Been doing the IG diet for strictly this cycle for 4 weeks before attempt although I thought I had O'd and had a few naughty days, but the day before O, O and day after I lived on milkshakes, double strength crystal light, ricecakes and cottage cheese!
Did you continue diet after attempt/ how long? Yes both not strictly!!
Caffeine: Diet coke x 1 a day
DH caffeine: 2 cups of coffee a day
DH diet: He made changes (well i just didnt buy any) no tomatoes, red meat, more milk and yoghurt, no salt, no bacon

SUPPLEMENTS
Cranberry: 10,000mg fruit equivalent upped to 20,000mg for day before O and O day
Acidophilus:No
Sudafed: Yes taken regularly over the attempt days
Folic acid: 800mg per day
DH supps: 10,000mg Cranberry, Calcium, Magnesium


Drinks:
Warm milk with sweetener, Milkshakes, Diet coke, Double strength crystal light

TIMING
BD cutoff (# of days): Day before O (not great but wanted to attempt this cycle)
BD thru O: Dont think so
O+12: I think we had a perfect O+12 I felt O at 11.30am left ovary then my cervix had changed by 4pm we DTD at 11.30pm, temp rise the following morning
Frequent BD/how many days: We were planning abstainance but due to earlier possible O we BD meant DH only abtained for 3 days then BD the next day too
Charting O with Temp: Yes
Charting O with OPK: Yes
Fertility monitor used/type: No
Suspected O date: Day 26!!!!!!

IONS

Oed in what moon phase: Full moon
Changed ions in other ways? I have been wearing a sabona bracelet since July time, I have a rock salt lamp which i left on every night in our room before we slept, rose quartz, haematite in pockets, lavender oil EVERYWHERE.....all i could smell was lavender, even put it on my bra straps! Outside alot as the weather here was amazing, windy too.

# of months TTC: 1 oops month = BFN, this was our first cycle actually trying am in shock it took a good few months for ds2 and ds3
BD position: Very shallow missionary, only DTD at the end of pleasuring DH and he withdrew slightly during the 'moment'
Jump and dump: Lay for about 10minutes inserted moon cup then got up stood for a while then removed cup, tested ph inserted lime and reinserted - I left the cup in all night both times
DH undies type: Tiny pants!
DH hot bath/shower: Very Hot bath immediately before attempt
OWT - anything under bed? Wooden spoon with a piece of pink ribbon i found in my nan's sewing stuff that I inherited, and i prayed alot i asked my nan and my great auntie to send me a princess

EWCM present/how much? Not really I had one blob of it that made me pee on an OPK = ++++ I thought I had o'd already. But other than that none....even now I have no CM although I did give myself and DH thrush not fun!

Sway attempt:

After a rollercoaster with TTC our ds's I cant believe I have got a BFP so quickly! We have always BD frequently and over O for our boys so were planning abstainance alas my cycle being longer than normal we BD 3 days before our actual attempt but alot less than normal! DH had really hot baths he was super hot when we DTD, DTD was most definately the worse sex DH and I have ever had!! Shallow boring awkward sex! I managed to keep PH down although it did shoot up to over 7 intially it then remained at 4-5. I have prayed and hope and prayed again. Keeping everything crossed for a healthy baby and a PINK princess would finally complete our family.

I think the O+12 did the deed for you.
I also have problems getting pregnant when I tried frequent BD-ing. I only got finally prego when I did some abstaining and then BD'd day before O day. Great sway though! H&H 9 months!!!
