So I made a selfmade plan for swaying blue after Reading a lot of forums on This site. l'd like to receive feedback and tips.
Suplements:
Fish oil
Folic acid
Multivitamine for the pregnancy (is including with:
Vitamines
vitamine B1 0,55mg 50%
vitamine B2 0,7mg 50%
vitamine B3 8mg 50%
vitamine B5 3mg 50%
vitamine B6 0,7mg 50%
vitamine B11 (folic acid) 400µg 200%
vitamine B12 1,25µg 50%
vitamine C 40mg 50%
vitamine D 10µg 200%
vitamine E 6mg 50%
minerals:
calcium 200mg 25%
Iodine 75µg 50%
selenium 27,5µg 50%
iron 16mg 114%
zinc 5mg 50%
Diet:
In the Morning:
Egg white with bread or
Whole grain flakes with almond milk or fruit salade
Lunch:
Sandwich with chicken breast
Diner:
It dipends. Trying to make sure its carbs with protine.
Snacks between breakfast,lunch and diner.
Drinks:
Water (with lemon)
Fresh orange juice
V8 (I also can buy this in spain. Yes I am from spain)
Fresh home made smoothie (with fresh spinach, banana, kiwi and almond milk)
Baking soda with lemon (once a day from AF till O)
BD
The night of positive OPK. The Morning after and the same Night. Should I skip a day and BD one more time? I mean like the SMEP method? I was cheating and was taking a look on the website of ingender. The ladies over there are bding once and Thats on the O day. What are the differences between bding once at O or bding at least three times after positive Opk?
Is there something what I can better to avoid in this proces?
Also i want to lift Some Weights.
