Questions about Girl sway plan
Hello! Not sure if this is the correct spot to ask this? I received my girl sway plan but I'm confused. It says to eat 2,000 calories with 50-60 fats and protein. I'm scared that I'll gain alot of weight that will sway boy. I recently lost 10 lbs on the keto diet but that diet aways boy so I have no idea where to start and what to eat? Also my plan says to eat meals and snacks but then in the same plans says only meals. I said that I may have blood sugar issues but I've never actually been diagnosed. Just overwhelmed by all the info. Do in need to buy strips to track OPK and what brand ? What else can I utilize through this plan? For some reason I thought it included more in regards to the diet. Feel like i dont have enough time to get this all sorted to try for Nov/Dec conception. Thank You!
