Adding my sway
Been on diet since Early July (loosely, still eating meat) August more strictly(vegetarian)
PCOS LE DIET:
1200-1400 calories a day with occasional cheats
16 hour fasts, sometimes more sometimes a little less (no less then 12 hrs)
4 meals a day sometimes 5 to up calories
Skip breakfast
Lunch anywhere from 11-1 (veggie sandwiches with triscuits, salads, veggies soups, fresh veggies etc)
2 small snacks I'd say 2 hours apart from each other( apple with sun butter, popcorn, triscuits, carrots, cuccumber, whole grain crisps)
Dinner: veggies with brown rice, veggie burgers, whole wheat pastas, veggie taco salads, sweet potatoes etc
Always stayed under on fat and protein (other then cheat days)
Ate mostly vegetarian (ate chicken and turkey rarely)
Whole grain bread (occasional whole wheat and sometimes small amounts of white bread/rice)
Cardio:
Walking 60 mins 4-5 times a week. (Some weeks less :/ )
No alcohol
Coffee almost everyday with almond milk and sweet n low
Occasional diet cokes
Lost 25 lbs since starting
Tracking this next cycle as per husbands wishes and then ttc end of November.
Any thoughts or input greatly appreciated:)

I would skip the snacks and just do a third meal. For example, lunch at 11, 2nd meal at 3, dinner at 7 or lunch at noon, dinner at 4 or 5, then a 3rd meal a few hours later.
Everything else looks good to me!

Thank you for your input! I wonder if that's enough to derail my sway, I've been eating like this since the start. We were planning on ttc at the end of November, would changing my eating habits now be enough time? Or would you recommend pushing back until end of December to ttc?

I do have some people go to 4 meals if they can't stick with three. I would not wait for that.
