Do you use MyFitnessPal or another app to track your foods? Makes it SO easy to track calories, protein and fat. Most foods are already in there so you just search for them. Beans are fine on girl diet - I think Atomic says to be careful with how much you eat b/c of the carbs & protein. But they are a good source of fiber and fiber is great for a girl sway!
Sounds fine to me, as long as you're staying within LE limits.
